As a customer of Sylbert’s new Diagnostic and Impact Plan service, I was particularly impressed by the ease and efficiency of the process, which was entirely managed by Sylbert with automatic reminders. The ability to sort results by department and supervisor, as well as the clarity of the graphs and data, made the experience very intuitive.

The service brilliantly highlighted our team’s training needs, focusing on key aspects such as communication and file sharing. We were given a comprehensive overview of areas for improvement and the training needed to optimize our use of Microsoft 365.

I give this experience a 10 out of 10, which surpassed our expectations in terms of content and relevance. I would highly recommend this service to any company wishing to improve its efficiency with Microsoft 365.
