3. Individual needs

Identification of customized training needs to optimize the use of Microsoft 365 tools.

• Which tools/software are most in demand?
• Which tools could be useful to you in your work?
• What skills per frequently used software or wishes to improve/discover new software?

Launch
Project settings

1. Project opening: Fill in a form to clarify the start of the project, the key stakeholders, and the list of desired participants.
2. Questionnaire dispatch: We automate the dispatch of the questionnaire to your teams, with a 10 days response period.

Collection
Obtaining responses (10 days)

3. Collect responses: Your teams have 10 days to respond to the questionnaire.
4. Automated reminders: Automated reminders are sent at D-7, D-3 and D-1 to maximize participation. These reminders are only sent to participants who have not yet responded.

Conclusions and results

5. Analysis of results: Our experts analyze the responses to identify the skills to be improved in your teams, preparing a detailed report.
6. Presentation of results: We present the initial results to you and the key people involved in the project to refine priorities and improve the training plan.
7. Sending final reports: You receive a Power BI report and an Excel file containing all responses, including recommended training per employee, and personalized recommendations.
