To be eligible for this program and obtain your reward, all of these conditions must be met:

• Completion of the above referral form is mandatory.
• The contact or referred company must purchase a private online or in-company group training course (public courses not eligible).
• The contact will not be eligible for the program if they work for a company that is already a client of Sylbert or if we are already in contact with them.
• In the event of a double referral of a contact or company, only the first person to complete the form will be eligible for that referral.
