4 – SharePoint and Teams use cases

Many people don’t know the difference between SharePoint and OneDrive. In this training, you are taught the essential basics of the Microsoft cloud environment. Rest assured, we do not go into complicated notions! But it’s to at least understand the difference between a server-based backup and a cloud backup, or to have the nuances between a personal cloud backup and an enterprise backup.

In this course, you’ll learn how to create plans and tasks from Planner. You are also given working methods to organize your team tasks, track them and integrate them into Task (or your M3Z method for insiders). The beauty of Microsoft 365 is also that you can integrate Planner directly into one of your Teams channels. This training is also a workshop to create task plans for your team according to the reality of their work. And thus understand what are the criteria to consider for the creation of their plan.
