The service is free and unlimited for 6 months following the training received.

How to access it?

Participants in our trainings have access to it from the Julia Platform.

1. Go to “My Space” in the Julia platform.
2. On your space in “My activities”, you have access to all your training courses followed with us. Click “Access”.
3. You will come across the training page with all the associated content. Scroll down to the bottom to access the booking link to the post-training follow-up.
4. You will come across a link to a booking page to choose the slot you like.

For any modification or cancellation of a course, the company must notify us within a minimum of ten (10) working days before the scheduled start of its training. If this deadline is not respected, the company will have to pay 50% of the cost of the training (100% if less than 48 hours of notice) and schedule it at a later date. No refund or credit will be made if a participant does not show up. However, the substitution of a participant is accepted free of charge.

For our private trainings, the best way is to contact one of our advisors at 514-990-0018 (option 3) or schedule a meeting. It will be our pleasure to answer you.

That said, we recommend that you make your request ideally one month in advance so that we can offer you a better choice of dates.

This is a great reference tool that includes several screenshots and step-by-step examples. Depending on the training, participants will have access to all training materials including exercises that they can reapply to practice.

Yes! All participants will receive a certificate after their training. This certificate will also be available at all times in their personal space on the Julia platform.

You have your niche with a trainer dedicated to your teams. We generally recommend private lessons when you are more than 3 participants for the same course. To this, you have the choice to do the training:

Are you alone? Or 2 participants? Then we will recommend public training (more advantageous). You will be paired with others who also want to take the same course as you. All our dates are available on the Julia platform and you can register directly.

We have no particular constraints. All types of rooms can be suitable as long as we can accommodate 8 people seated at a table and have Wi-Fi internet access.

Yes, each participant will need to bring their own laptop.
