No, our trainers travel for a minimum of one full day to your offices.
Understand that our trainings are scheduled from 9 am-12 pm and 1 pm-4 pm. Out of 6 hours of training, we want the lunch hour to be a real “lunch” break for our trainers (and not a stressful race in traffic!)

As with corporate training, we limit our online groups to a maximum of 7 people.

Participants must have access to:

• A workstation with the software being taught (preferably on Windows)
• High-speed internet connection
• USB headset or hands-free phone
• A private office (recommended)
• Webcam (recommended)
• Two screens (strongly recommended)

Yes, post-training support is offered online to all participants. The service is free and unlimited for 6 months following the received training.

All our training courses offer post-training follow-up.

Each participant can access it from their personal space on the training platform.

The average duration of a call is 15 minutes.

Our “Loyalty Rewards” program is available to all our clients. Once you reach the threshold under certain conditions, you will be automatically enrolled for the following year.

Based on all invoices from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The rebate is given in January of the following year.

Yes for license purchases and private groups, but not for individual registrations.

For individual registration and license purchases :

• Date change : Any request to change the date of registration for a training course must be made no later than five (5) working days before the date of the training. Any request for modification after the deadline will be refused and no refund will be issued.
• Cancellation in the event on no-show : It is the responsibility of the participants to show up at the time of the training for which they are registered. If no participants show up for the training after the first 30 minutes of the start of the open session, we will cancel the training and no refund will be issued to the previously registered participant(s).

For private groups :

• Date change or change of training date :Any cancellation or request to change the date of a training must be made no later than ten (10) working days before the date of the training. Any request for modification after the deadline will be refused and no refund will be issued.
• Cancellation in the event on no-show : It is the responsibility of the participants to show up at the time of their training. If no participants show up for the training after the first 30 minutes, we will cancel the training and no refund will be issued.

For license purchases (distribution code), it’s possible up to 2 days before the training.
For private groups and license purchases (assigned licenses), it’s possible up to one hour before the training.

Yes for license purchases and private groups. No for individual registrations.

For License purchase : The training fee will be invoiced at the time Sylbert gives the registration codes to the company. A surcharge of 1.5% per month will be charged on any past account due.

For Private groups : The training fee will be charged once the training has taken place. A surcharge of 1.5% per month will be charged on any past account due.

We offer three options:

• Individual registration: Register directly for the training of your choice from our platform.
• License purchase: Buy licenses to distribute to your teams (distribution code or assigned licenses). Each code is valid for 1 year (12 months) from the date of invoice. No refunds or credits will be issued.
• Private groups: Book exclusive dates for your employees with personalized service.
